A report on the Irish International Open 2019 (97 players, 9 rounds, 1st GM Robert Ruck (Hungary)) has been added to the Tournaments page here.
Update, August 3, 2019: one week after the event, a substantially revised game file with about 150 extra or modified games was published at The Week in Chess, via Tim Harding. The report has been updated with these new games, and also incorporates David McAlister’s reconstruction of Fitzsimons – Han, round 7 (see comment below), and several annotations that appeared in Chess Today and other sources.
In the Sources and notes section of the Tournament Report, you point out that, “The score of Fitzsimons – Han, round 7, as given on live boards, and in TWIC, Chess24.com, and ChessBomb.com, makes no sense from 28… Be5 onwards, for at least a dozen ply or so.”
I believe I have worked out the most likely continuation after White’s 28th move. My suggestion is 28…Bxg3 29. Bd5 Rac8 30. Rf1 Bb5 31. Rb1 and now 31.. Rc7 transposes to the position after Black’s 33rd move as given on live boards and the other sources.
