Discrepancies Calum Leitch was declared Ulster Master champion on tie-break. The tie-break system was not specified, but the system for 2018 was Median Buchholz, followed by Buchholz, followed by Progressive Score. This system would indeed account for Leitch becoming champion, with tie-break scores 8½, 14, 13 respectively (after applying FIDE's adjustments for dealing with unplayed games), placing him ahead of Danny Roberts (8½, 14, 10, respectively) on Progressive Score, with Gareth Annesley (7½, 12, 9½, respectively) in third place on Median Buchholz.

There is a discrepancy in the table shown on ulsterchess.net: the Median Buchholz ("BH-HiLo") column results are given as 5.0, 3.5, 3.5 repectively. (There is no such discrepancy for the Intermediate event.)
