Title |
Diana Mats transferred to IRL registration from UKR before the championship started. (It seems that she entered while the transfer was still pending.) Under the rules as announced on the flyer, she was eligible for the title of Irish Women's Champion. However, the Tournament Director announced before the event that she was not eligible for the title, and this seems to have been accepted by all participants. So Antonina Góra, as the highest placed IRL-registered player, other than Mats, was awarded the title. |
